Dude, the church is filled with false tongues and false prophecy every day. I’ve been around that for years and years and there was almost nothing edifying at all. Rather, there was plenty of false doctrine and also very little discernment.

The bible says "His sons come to honor, and he does not know it; they are brought low, and he perceives it not." Job 14:21 (ESV) and "When his breath departs, he returns to on that very day his plans perish." Psalms 146:4 (ESV) . When Lazurus came back from the dead he did NOT talk about anything he had seen or experienced! 1 Thes 4:16-17 talks about the resurrection of the dead and then we BOTH going to the presence of the Lord at the SAME TIME. They do not preceed us! The dead are asleep in Jesus!

How do we discern? Pay attention to what a person does, and not what they say or claim.

My view might appeal to Pacifists but it really isn't a pacifists view. I believe Jesus is indicating to Judas and Peter ahead of time that their actions will fulfill prophecy. Judas will make himself a thief not only a betrayer and Peter will conduct an act of violence against the state. Both are transgressions. The average person will judge poorly at times, guilt by association. Jesus is numbered with them. Judas who betrayed Him took care of the money and Peter used a sword in the next chapter to cut off a mans ear, which obviously Jesus didn't like. When Judas betrayed Jesus He likely not only received money for Jesus but he likely also stole all the money that they had. And by Jesus saying, get your knapsack, that's like saying You are going to take off with the money with all your thing with the intent to leave forever. Jesus doesn't TELL THEM to do these things, He said "Let them take this or do that" To support this interpretation further, look at Revelation 22:11, "Let the evildoer still do evil, and the filthy still be filthy, and the righteous still do right, and the holy still be holy.” I'm saying, possibly, here is another place where "let" isn't instruction. My personal view is that Jesus is basically saying He is fully aware of how they will screw up in the near future, He doesn't like it but it's going to happen.

Mike, I know that at the moment you are extremely busy. I would ask you, for future discussion, have you ever researched on the origin of the Trinity? I am not referring to the proof texts that Trinitarians offer in their debates. Have you sincerely studied where we got the Protestant and Catholic Trinity? I am fully persuaded that if you gave this doctrine the time and effort that you give to such subjects as "Bennie Hinn," you would be amazed at the historical facts. I was an ordained Trinitarian minister in the Assemblies of God denomination. I researched on "reevaluating the Trinity" and found some very damaging points to this most revered doctrine.

So Mike isn’t a “heresy hunter” and him pointing out Bennys scamming and false theology has merit. Even though he is merely repeating what others have said for thirty years, including many so called heresy hunters. Interesting. It’s clear that Benny Hinn is a lying false teacher and a manipulator.

Go all the way back to Chapter:14 v:1 and pick up the subject! Paul could speak many languages as you will see, there are no contradictions in GODS word! Once you get the subject everything falls in place! Verses 22-24 makes sense to me!

I just wanted to say I enjoyed this interview and Thank God for a brother like Mike Winger with influence willing to stand up for what is right and expose what is false. We need a mighty cleansing of these shiesters because they do great damage to our witness in the world. It is weird non-believers can see through these con-artist but believers want to protect them. I do not have near the platform or influence Mike Winger does but what I have learned is there is a lot of pride in Benny Hinn and those who follow in his footsteps. Some will say your causing division or you shouldn't judge or God is the only judge of Benny Hinn. I wondered have they read the bible? Do they believe it? The word of God seems to make judgments a lot. Christ says we can judge fruit and Benny Hinn's fruit is rotten. When you continue to sin against God and His people over a long period of time with no conviction then your heart becomes hard toward sin to where God gives you over to what your heart desires. That is in a bad place to be with God. There is no fear of God before their eyes.

How do we know that it is genuine repentance? A permanent change in behavior. Not a repeated contiuation of the behavior the person has repented of. Humans can change their behvior. Its easier with God, but not impossible without God.

Let's help this video explode. It is just as important as the innicial exposé.

Wow, you lack of self-control and pride cannot have you even accept an apology. You have gone so off the rails with entertainment propaganda. Your serious audience wants the educational Winger back. Listen, you may think you are doing a public good. But in reality, what you are doing is politics 101, motivating your base, not educating anyone else. People get educated if you do a video of what to watch out for to identify false teachers. Make it general, not personal, and use Hinn's shorts as examples. General will teach people how to spot them all, not just one to which you are showing a personal vendetta against. You get your base to give you likes, act as the typical political base that gets angry (very biblical right?), and self-righteous (again, right?) And go after your opponets (Ben in this case). and influence others to do the same. I wish you would step outside yourself for a moment and see what you look like. And how it is your base encouraging you for more. Not God, not Jesus, not love. I would really like educational Winger back. I have missed him for a while now. You have never been perfect, but you used to be great with your research and exposition. You used to use it for good. You need an accountability mentor that points your ego and pride. Christians ought not to tolerate con artists and people who teach ANYTHING but the Gospel. Self aggrandizement and fakery have NO place in the Christian Church. Anyone who does that is NOT OF GOD . Satan is the father of liars and thieves.

I used to think that Mike was too soft on folks like Benny Hinn. Calling them fellow Christians was something that angered me greatly. I unsubscribed and moved on. Then I watched that four hour video on Benny the conman. I have a newfound respect for Mike, and I'm so proud of the efforts he is putting forth for the benefit of the naive Christian community, and of course, four the glory of Christ.

Another VERY good verse (you can show them in their book too) is Isaiah 40:3. This is speaking of John the Baptist saying he is preparing the way of the LORD - When capitals are used on "LORD" it is always referring to GOD, which the latter part of the verse confirms. This stumps them.

Hank Hennagraph had to personally contact Hinn about his warnings against God's judgment on his family. Hank knew that some of Hinn's following was nutty enough to fulfill Benny's warning.

Concerning people who received actual healing at a Benny Hinn crusade. Did Benny Hinn heal you? Or course not. God healed you. You receiving the healing you were asking for is not evidence of Benny Hinn. It is evidence of God. The One who listened to you, heard your cry for help, and healed you. He healed you in spite of Benny Hinn, not because of Benny Hinn. Anyone who fits the criteria of a false teacher and false prophet is exactly that. Benny is the poster child of false teachers. Your bible has all the answers. If you would only dig into it and study it. Not study the healing scriptures, or the prosperity scriptures, or the anxiety scriptures. But read the gospels, the words of the apostles. Open your ears and hear what they said, what they taught. It is completely foreign to what is being taught in charismatic churches today, and I am Spirit filled and a charismatic myself.

Leave them alone....the blind lead the blind and they all fall in the ditch. God doesnt need your febble atempt to defend Him. He is in control, and You will never stop all false prophecies. In all our lives people are seeing what we think is God. God will do His own bidding and He will control it all.

@Mike, your viewership has gone up since you made these attacks on Benny Hinn, Joel Osteen etc. so your motives are also questionable, yet, it would be unfair for me to accuse you since I dont know your heart. Cunning tactic Mike, strike their shepherds, and you scatter their sheep. The church is so fragile now and you are causing more confusion and pain, honnestly. The public square should not be the place to hang up our dirty laundry. I don't think you've taken the right approach to this issue, nor have you considered the views of actual charismatic leaders. It would be more civil to have actual respected charismatic leaders come give their view and have a further chat with Pastor Benny to correct him. If Benny Hinn said what Zacchaeus said and demonstrated it with works, then I would believe his repentance is genuine: Luke 19:8-9 - "And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham."

What…no body is in hell right now!? All souls that don’t have a Savior are now suffering in hell, its in the underworld in the very center of the earth. Maybe what Mike is referring is the future Lake of Fire. Hell is temporary abode of lost souls, and on the Judgement day (the Great White Throne Judgement) all souls that are in hell will be thrown into the Lake of Fire including the devil, fallen angels and his demons. At present the Lake of Fire is a vacant place waiting for the Great White Thrown Judgement.
